5+ years experience in grants/contracts administration, 3 years in supervisory capacity Bachelors degree or equivalent required Knowledge of donor requirements (especially USAID/PEPFAR, Irish Aid, DFID, CIDA, EU, etc.) Ability to understand financial reports and analyze financial variances Ability to coordinate both financial and programmatic functions of grant management Strong writing and communication skills (clear, concise and compelling) Ability to travel within the Africa/Middle East region Fluency in English required; additional language skills in French, Arabic and/or Portuguese preferred International experience managing multi-cultural partners and stakeholders
