*Associate’s Degree. *Bachelor’s Degree.*1-2 years of related experience. *Fluency in English, French and Creole. *Excellent computer skills (MS Office). *Good understanding of administrative and technical aspects of HR, including HR systems, procedures, job grading and recruitment. *Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), PowerPoint and the Internet. *Proven research skills and/or experience. *Ability to objectively analyze information in line with best practice and stakeholder needs. *Ability to anticipate the effects of a particular issue and to explain this to the stakeholder. *Ability to assertively tackle issues and handle these from start to finish. *Strong service orientation- provide consistent and reliable service to stakeholders, making every effort to meet and exceed stakeholder requirements & rive for excellent, value-added service in all areas of administrative support. *Coss-cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively with people from different walks of life.
