*Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, with a technical construction degree a plus *3-5 years of related experience *English fluency; French and/or Creole fluency a strong preference *Previous international NGO experience *Previous disaster response experience *Demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate learning programs that have measureable impact *Demonstrated ability to organize, plan and coordinate face-to-face and virtual learning events *Demonstrated knowledge of capacity building techniques. *Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple resources on project teams *First rate facilitation and presentation skills *Strong influence and relationship management skills *Excellent communication skills
