* Bachelor's degree in a related field - preferably Engineering * Previous NGO / non-profit experience strongly preferred * Disaster response experience preferred * Speaking skills in French or Haitian Creole preferred * 5 years experience in monitoring schedules for multiple, simultaneous projects, ideally in a disaster recovery or other challenging environment or substantially equivalent combination of education and experience * Advanced level of Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software) required * Ability to successfully track and report on multiple, geographically-dispersed projects simultaneously. * Demonstrable ability to independently deal with construction, project and/or site managers, consultants, clients, implementation teams, subcontractors and internal management. * Good technical knowledge of construction methods, sequence of events, logistics and other factors that will impact the development, progress and safe completion of individual and multiple projects. * Thorough knowledge of fast-track project tracking, cost controls, safety and schedule compliance * Thorough understanding of construction schedule planning, monitoring and management with solid overall knowledge of safe and effective construction practices
